Preparation and Usage

Preparation Guidelines
Cut around the length of the avocado following the line of the stone. Twist the two halves gently to remove the fruit from the stone. Peel off the skin and cut the avocado as desired. To stop the flesh from browning, sprinkle with lemon juice. Use in salads and sandwiches or to make guacamole.

Storage

Ripen at room temperature. Once ripened best kept in the fridge.
