Preparation and Usage
Wash thoroughly under cold running water and dry before use. Slice off any stalk and discard.
Remove the seeds and the pith from the inside of the chilli, chop the flesh finely and include in dishes/recipes of your choice.
Suitable for including in dishes where a medium chilli flavour is desired, they are ideal for Mexican-style recipes and particularly good in salsas, dips and dressings.
