Preparation and Usage

Information
The Co-op Medium Zip Seal Food & Freezer Bags are ideal for freezing most types of food including vegetables, fruit, fish, meat, pies, pastries and casseroles. Do not overfill the bags. When storing food in the freezer, use the write-on panel to clearly identify the type of food and date of freezing.

Directions for Use
Pinch and tear off perforation to reveal bags inside. To open and close the bags, slide the zip across the bag. Before sealing expel as much air out of the bag as possible.

Advice
For hygiene reasons, never re-use bags. Allow hot foods to cool to room temperature before placing in the freezer. Check that food is completely thawed before re-heating or cooking.
