Preparation and Usage

Preparation Guidelines
As a guide, use one rounded dessert spoonful of coffee per cup. For cafetieres, add off-the boil water and allow to brew for 3 to 4 minutes before plunging. For filter machines, filter cones and percolators, follow manufacturers instructions.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place.
Once opened, seal tightly and store in the refrigerator, consume within 2 weeks of opening or store in the freezer and consume within 4 weeks.

This Colombian Fairtrade Roast and Ground Coffee comes from the Cooperativa Caficultores de Aguadas Pipinta, a Co-operative based in the Colombian municipality of Aguadas where 65% of villages are dedicated to coffee production. We have been purchasing coffee from them for over a decade.
