Preparation and Usage

Ensure food is piping hot.
Saucepan
Ensure food is piping hot Appliances vary, these are guidelines only.
Heat 15 ml (1 tbsp) of oil in a pan over a medium heat. Add 450g diced chicken breast and fry for 5-6 minutes, or until cooked through. Add the contents of the spice cap and fry for a further 30 seconds, stirring to coat the chicken. Add the contents of the jar of sauce and simmer for 5 minutes. Serves 4.
Alternative: swap the chicken for vegetables of your choice.
If a thinner consistency is desired add 50ml water and bring back to a simmer.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place.
Once opened keep in fridge and consume within 3 days.
