Preparation Guidelines
Wash the skins thoroughly under cold running water and dry before use, particularly if consuming the skin as well as the flesh.

Eat Well Waste Less
For any apples past their best, stew with raisins and serve with low fat yoghurt or try grating on muesli. Apples are good added to pickles and chutneys or eaten with cheese and cooked meats.

Advice
