Preparation Guidelines
If required, remove the outer leaves. Cut each leek lengthways and rinse thoroughly under cold running water to remove any grit, drain. Cut into halves or slice. Cook as directed, drain and serve, topped with a cheese or savoury white sauce as a vegetable accompaniment. Alternatively add to soups, stews or casseroles.

Advice
