Preparation and Usage
Serve whole as garlic mushrooms, in a mushroom stroganoff, on kebabs and in sauces, or slice and use in casseroles, soups omelettes and stuffings.
Wipe the surface of each mushroom thoroughly with damp kitchen paper. If required, thinly slice a section off the base of the stalk and discard.
Always wash work surfaces, cutting boards, utensils and hands before and after disposal of packaging.
At home best kept in the fridge
