Preparation and Usage

Preparation Guidelines
Either cut in half and scoop out the flesh with a teaspoon, or peel, slice or dice and add to fruit salads, salsa or use to decorate cakes and desserts. Do not add to jellies as kiwi fruit contains an enzyme which prevents the jelly setting.

Advice
