Cut around the length of the mango, following the line of the stone. Remove the fruit from each side of the stone. Cut a criss cross pattern in each side of the fruit. Turn inside out to form a ‘hedgehog’, slice the cubes off the skin. Cut off any fruit still attached to the stone.

Healthy Eating
A healthy diet contains lots of fruit and vegetables; is based on starchy foods such as wholegrain bread, pasta and rice and is low in fat (especially saturated fat), salt and sugar. Adults should eat at least 5 portions of different fruit and vegetables each day. Fresh, frozen, dried, canned and concentrated fruit and vegetables all count towards this.
