Preparation and Usage

Preparation Guidelines
Cut around the length of the avocado following the line of the stone. Twist the two halves gently to remove the fruit from the stone. Peel off the skin and cut the avocado into cubes, Alternatively, simple eat straight from the skin. To prevent discoloration, sprinkle the lemon juice. Use in salads and sandwiches or to make guacamole.

Advice
Always wash work surfaces, cutting boards, utensils and hands before and after preparing food and after disposal of packaging. Wash fruit and vegetables before use.
